When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days and it will take additional 7-10 days to reach you. I love packing orders and as a very small team, I hope you understand the time involved.

What should I do if I have received only a part of my order ?

All orders are packaged together and delivered to you in a single package, but if you experience this, please email hello@inkedglasses within 7 working days of receiving the order.

What should I do if I'm unhappy with my product?

We are sorry to learn this.
We welcome criticism and would like to hear what caused you to be unimpressed.
Once an order has been placed, we currently do not accept returns or refunds.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?
